Fitness on the Fly provides personalized training programs that will keep you motivated and seeing results!  Training programs are designed with your current fitness level and future goals in mind and can all be done in your home!

All training programs include a free 45-minute fitness assessment where I will review your Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire, discuss any past injuries, and more importantly your specific fitness goals.

Following your assessment a unique training program will be developed.  Each training plan is exclusive to the client and designed to get you optimal results with 1 hour in home sessions 2 to 4 times per week.  The focus is on circuit style strength training, core conditioning, and balance; no in home gym or fancy equipment is required.
