Cassie spent seven years in the 9-5 grind before she realized it wasn’t for her. Like many people, sitting at a desk with her eyes glued to a computer screen, going through the same repetitive tasks made her miserable day in and day out. Walking through the double doors of the gym after work was the highlight of Cassie’s day. She would change into her workout gear, turn on her music, and lose herself in her workout. The more she worked out the more she enjoyed it and began trying out different classes like Zumba and Pilates. It wasn’t until friends and family saw a change in her, physically and mentally, that she realized her passion was rooted in health and fitness. Realizing she was young, and this was her chance to change her life and truly follow her passion, Cassie worked to earn her ACE personal training certificate. Five years ago, leaving her sedentary lifestyle behind, she began a new career as a personal trainer. The first half of her new career was spent working for a gym in the Littleton/Concord area. It is there that she discovered her niche – working with clients one-on-one. Her ability to develop personal relationships with her clients, help them work on their core strength, balance and tone their “trouble spots” is what sets her apart. She realized that working one-on-one with her clients allowed her to focus on them individually and give them a great workout tailored to their specific needs and goals. Fitness on the Fly provides personalized training programs that will keep you motivated and seeing results! Training programs are designed with your current fitness level and future goals in mind and can all be done in your home! All training programs include a free 45-minute fitness assessment where I will review your Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire, discuss any past injuries, and more importantly your specific fitness goals. Following your assessment a unique training program will be developed. Each training plan is exclusive to the client and designed to get you optimal results with 1 hour in home sessions 2 to 4 times per week. The focus is on circuit style strength training, core conditioning, and balance; no in home gym or fancy equipment is required. Not sure what your goals are?
